08/07/2024 - User Guide - Concur - Resetting 2FA
Prerequisite: You have previously enrolled in 2 Factor Authentication for your Concur account.
1. Go to the Concur log-in site and enter your username and password.
2. You'll now be prompted for a 6 digit authentication code.
3. If you need to reset your 2FA for a new device, replacement device, etc., select "Unable to enter authentication code"
4. The next screen will prompt to have your 2FA reset. Select "Send" to have the system send you an email to begin this process.
5. Check your associated email. You should have a new message from Concur with a message similar to that below. Select "Reset Two-Factor Authentication"
6. A new tab will open on your browser prompting you to log in with your username and password again.
7. On your phone, open your Microsoft Authenticator app and select the "+" sign in the top right corner.
8. Select "Work or school account" then " Scan QR code"
9. You may receive a message on your phone advising that you're overwriting current security settings, that's fine, continue.
10. On your Authenticator app, there will now be a line for "SAP Concur". Type those 6 digits into the Concur page to finalize signing in and resetting your 2FA.
