SOP - User needs access to a Queue
Marketing has a Leads Queue view, for the user to be able to see this queue that need to have it shared with them(See notes below).
Go to https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/environments
select the environment that the request is related to.
Click Setting at the top and expand the "Business" section, select Queues
find the queue in question and select it
Click Share
Some CRMs we share the individual view with Users others we share with Teams, in the example above the Queue is being shared with Individuals, the same queue in the Venturis/Leavitt CRM is shared with the "Marketing" team and all marekting users have access to the queue when they are added to that queue.
