SOP - Quick Quote Configuration Error {Admin}
If User Receives Message Below 2 mins after creating their quote - usually workflow has timed out or for some reason did not get kicked off to pull configuration.
User should provide link to quote in their ticket
Step 1
Re-run the Auto-Config on demand workflow from the quote by clicking on 3 dots to access more commands then Flow from drop-down
Step 2
Choose Quote - Auto Config from the list
Step 3 - Wait a few seconds and fresh the quote - If the message is the same as below in yellow - workflow has ran successfully.
