Before you start: You will have to create a ticket like this every Monday, and check the items below at the beginning of the shift!
Open a ticket using an already created template: Open Freshdesk, and go to the "+" symbol at the top right of the page, select “Ticket”
Select template : “Weekly AX Health Check”
Fill in the "Requester" and "Agent" and click "Submit"
We have a template on Freshdesk to be used at the bottom of the ticket: “add Notes” ”Canned responses”
“Personal” and select “ AX Health Check List”
We will have to fill in this information with our checklist!

Step 1
On your computer, open CMD - DOS prompt, and ping AX Live – “Ping 10.0.1.28 -n 20”
Take a screenshot of part , And add this to the first item in the check list "RDS Ping"
Step 2
Access AX Live and go to “System Administration” “Common” and select “Online Users”
Select the Tab “Server Instances”
Take a screenshot of part , And add this to the first item in the check list "AOS Servers”
Step 3
In AX go to> “Fixed assets”> Reports > “Base Data”> “Fixed asset Listing”
Click on “Select”> go to > “Fixed Asst number”> and add it “FA00000026” to column “Criteria”
Click “OK”
Take a screenshot, and add this to the first item in the check list "SSRS”
Step 4
In AX go to> “Accounts Receivable” > Inquiries>Journals> “Invoice Journal”
Select the "Date" column to bring up the most recent, select the second: INVOICE JOURNAL
Go to "Preview/Print" at the top right, and select “Copy Preview”
Attention, never select "original Preview" as you will be sending an invoice to the customer if this option is activated
TIPWhat you doing right now you testing bottom line printing.
Take a screenshot, and add this to the first item in the check list "BottomLine”
to check taxes> go to “Posted sales Tax”
Take a screenshot, and add this to the first item in the check list "STO”
Step 5
In AX go to> System Administration> Inquiries> “Batch Jobs”
In the "Status" column, filter by "!waiting"
Check if there is anything running (Executing) that has been running for more than 40 minutes or an hour.
TIP> Compare with your computer clock
If it is normal, add to the item "Stuck batch Jobs" in the ticket "N/A"

In AX go to> System Administration> Inquiries> “Batch Jobs history”
In the "Status" column, filter by "!ended"
Sort the "Actual start date/time" column by most recent:
Take a screenshot, and add this to the first item in the check list “Failed Batch Jobs”, To check the error log, select the line you want to search for the error and go to "log"
