Step 1
Before you start: Open AX go to > System administration > inquiries > batch job history
When you open batch job history, you will have access to something similar to this:
As our goal here is last month (ex: January) we must run a filter in the "Actual star date/time" column, with the command> ex "1.1.2024 ..1.31.2024" this command will bring everything relating to the month of January.
You must execute “Ctrl + T ” to export to Excel (In AX), like that:
Once Excel is open: execute "Ctrl + A" to copy everything, Paste this into your local excel (on your machine), and save this on your laptop.
for instance:
Documents/erp/Batch job history/2024/Ax Batch Job History 2024.01

Step 2
We must perform the deletion of records:
Selecting the "Batch Job ID" field to select all
After that, go to File > and click on "delete Record"

Lastly, update the ticket with the information that the records were deleted, it is important to take a screenshot:
