Updating a Meraki Installed App
All the iOS apps deployed by Meraki are currently set to auto-update and will deploy the latest update when it is available (sometimes there can be a delay from when it is released). However, in the event that the app is not updating automatically, you can manually update one of two ways:
If you have access the user’s device:
- Open the Meraki SM app from the home screen > Tap on the Apps tab at the bottom > Find the app in the list and tap on Update.
To manually push an update through the Meraki SM console:
- Navigate to Systems Manager > Monitor > Devices.
- Select the device from the list.
- Scroll down to the 'Apps' inventory section.
- In the Search bar, type in the name of the app with the available update.
- Click to 'Update' the app.
