Before you start: You must have access to Terminal Server to access the Lonestar SoftBase
, Information in LastPass website, #1 Password Manager & Vault App with Single-Sign On & MFA Solutions - LastPass - 192.168.10.242
Contact Lonestar HR ( Tracy Quiroz or Erica Brumit ) to find out the ID of the new user used in the "Isolved" software and use this number as a reference to create it in Softbase

Step 1
Once accessed to RDP, you will have access to SoftBase, you will need an account with administrator privileges to access and create or delete users.
Enter your password, and the Softbase system will log in with your user

When logged in, you will have access to the SoftBase and will be able to create the user.
2.1 - Go to the > Administration > tab and open the > Personal option to add the new user
Required fields > Employee number > First name > Last name > select Male or Female > if mechanic, check the box > definitely check "Active Employee">Branch>Department
PS: If mechanic > add the "Hourly Rate" option > 10.00
If Field Techinicion > it is necessary to add the Van number in the "Service Van" option

After that, we can sequentially assign the "Security Configuration"
Step 4
Using a user who must be selected in the ticket as a model, select the options as a mirror for the new user: for example:
Assign the necessary information to the new user and click "Done"
To use a user as a model, search for user model, after the user data is brought to the screen, go to "file" and select the option "New Employee like Current" this will copy the same settings to the new user
Add the password( Minimum 8 digits And everything is capitalized )Save the PW to send it to the new user after and click “OK”, after select the same employee number you already created previously to copy the Security
After that, change "User ID" to the user's first name + the first letter of the last name, for example:
Leandro Garcia, it would be LeandroG if you pay attention to the detail of the capital letter in the first and last letters.
For Field technicians we have to go the tab “Internet” to select “Warehouse” select the vehicle
After that, make sure the "Dispatch Name" field matches the Warehouse field, for example "Van25" in both fields
Finish the process by clicking "Update" and "Done", the user creation process in Softbase is finished!
Don't forget to email the new hire your credentials, such as your login and password.
Step 5
For the offboarding option, you have to go to the "Personnel" option and look for the person
Uncheck the "Active Employee?"
Go to the "dates" tab and change the "Termination Date" field.
