Prerequisite: If you do not have access to items 1 & 2 a ticket is required for ITSM.
- you must be connected to Azure VPN Client.

Connect to Grizzly NAV RDS >172.16.201.7
TIP > check IT ticket that new user has an email account created, validates user has Grizzly AD
Step 1
Access Grizzly Navision
Access Grizzly Navision
Once connected to RDS, find blue sails on bottom tray double click to open application
go to >"Departments" and open the >"Administration" option> “User” and “User Setup”
Select User > user setup
Step 2
Provides list of all users, click on "New" to create new user
Create new user
Click New
click on the arrow on the empty line to access the new template:
click again on the >"New" option so you will have access to the form to create the new user.
Mandatory field to be filled in >" User Name", "Full Name", "Windows User Name" and finally "User Permission Sets
Requirement: > You need sync the AD account to Grizzly Navision server.
click on the 3 dots of "Windows Username"
select > "Locations" and change the path to "Grizzly.local" select OK
Search for user to be added to NAV > select OK

Adding User Permissions
Permissions
All users get the same Super User role assigned. Only difference is which company they require access to.
- Click on down arrow under permissions
- Type is search bar sup> select Super “this role has all permissions” <enter> Company will come up
- Select company required for user.
